Establishing a presence internationally is best accomplished via in-country strategic partners and resellers. Attempting to conduct international business from U.S.-based offices is not the way to go. There are several reasons for this, which I will explore in more depth here. But first, let’s have a closer look at what having a strategic partner and reseller means. Then, we will explore the value and benefit derived from such an in-country approach.
